In our exclusive interview, Jesson opened up about his wild path through music — from being catapulted into the limelight with cult favourites Palma Violets, to the hard reality of starting over. After returning to retail and hospitality work just to make ends meet, he’s now come back with renewed purpose, transforming grief and resilience into the raw, unflinching sound of Dead Dads Club. It’s a story of survival, reinvention, and the uncompromising power of art.

Drawing on loss, legacy, and the complicated emotional terrain of grief, the single sets the tone for what promises to be an affecting and resonant debut album — one that confronts heritage, identity, and reconciliation.

Live tour dates for 2026 are expected to be announced soon.
